By submitting artwork to the California Newspapers Partnership, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) The California Newspapers Partnership has no obligation to use artwork you submit; (2) the California Newspapers Partnership has no obligation to compensate or credit you for artwork you submit, whether it uses the artwork or not; (3) if the California Newspapers Partnership chooses to use artwork you submit, it will send you an agreement regarding that use, but whether it does so or not the California Newspapers Partnership may use the artwork without obtaining further permission from you; and (4) the California Newspapers Partnership has no obligation to compensate or credit you for the use of artwork that is similar to or based on artwork you provide.
